Realty Corner - Selling, Staging, and Alzheimer's

Sold in 11 days!

I'm happy to report that this home SOLD in 11 days, after receiving multiple offers, and at full asking price!

Homes are selling and they are going fast. For example, if I check on 4 houses for one of my buyers, I am lucky if 1 is still available. While the media portrays the market as having a surplus of homes, most buyers will attest to the opposite. The inventory for quality homes is down and buyers often find themselves in multiple offer situations.

Home Staging- To Stage or Not to Stage?

First impressions are key so Home Staging is a must! Selling a home that is not staged is equivalent to showing up for an interview in your pajamas or sweaty gym clothes... got the visual???

 DID YOU KNOW?
~A typical homebuyer decides if they are attracted to a home within 8 to 10 seconds.
AND
~Almost 90% of potential buyers cannot visualize their own furniture in an empty or overcrowded room.

Seeing a space with carefully chosen furniture and accessories gives potential buyers a visual imprint. It's a wise investment to add furniture and accessories to help buyers visualize their items in the space.

  I'm walking to end Alzheimer's

The mother of my best friends developed Early On-Set Alzheimer's when she was only 49. I've watched her and her family battle with this difficult and unexplainable disease for many years. We will be participating in the Walk to End Alzheimer's on October 6th and I'd appreciate your support.

If you are able to make a donation or just want to meet Marsha and her family, click HERE. If you're not able to make a monetary donation at this time, simply saying a prayer for Marsha, her family, and the countless other families affected by this disease would be enough.

Thank you in advance!
